NLP stands for, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a psychological approach that uses analysing strategies to learn the language of your mind with the aim to reach your personal goals in life.
Neuro refers to your mind or brain, particularly regarding how states of mind and body affect communication and behaviour.
Linguistic refers to how our mind and body states are revealed through our language, non-verbal communication and within our unconscious.
Programming refers to how that neural language functions and the ability to change it so we can get the best out of life.
NLP is about understanding how our mind, consciously and unconsciously conducts itself. It provides a way of helping and guiding anyone to become more confident and competent at what they do or want to do, those who want to be more in control of the way they think, feel, act and those who want to be more positive in the way they approach life both personally and professionally.
NLP is all about learning to communicate with yourself and others productively, take charge of your thinking and behavioural patterns, and create your own success and achieve your goals.
