A person’s timeline represents their mental journey through life and their ability to distinguish between images of memories from the past and their perceptions of the future.
The ultimate goal of Trauma Release Therapy (TRT) is to sensitively and unconsciously change someone’s behaviour patterns.
This enables them to react to present experiences based on present conditions and not react to situations that come forward in the here and now based on emotions linked to situations that have occurred in the past.

By using techniques I am able to help people re-programme their response and behaviour patterns with the intention to bring about the release of negative emotions, confidence and a sense of mental and physical well-being. Often limiting beliefs, anxiety, fear, depression or sadness are all symptoms of negative feelings that stem from the past and as a result, hinders the chances for someone to achieve their goals and live their best life.
This form of therapy allows you to move past all your limiting beliefs and personal barriers that have been created in your life as a result of your past. You will be guided to access specific memories and learn how to disconnect from all the negative feelings associated with those memories. Allowing yourself to break free from old thought processes and belief systems and create more positive affirmations and thought patterns, so you can live the life you want and deserve.
