SESSION TIMINGS POLICY
- Sessions will start and end at the times agreed upon by all parties necessary.
- If the client arrives late or needs to leave the session earlier, we are unable to make up for the missed time by over running or adding time to future appointments.
- If in the event, I, the Therapist due to any unforeseen circumstances, am not able to start on time or need to finish early, I will offer you a pro-rata refund or make up the time in the next appointment.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- A full payment for any single or block bookings must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
- Sessions bought as block bookings are non-refundable but can be used by the same client anytime in the future for any service that I provide at that time.
- A full 48 hours is required for cancelling or re-scheduling appointments, in this case full refund will be available if payment has been made in advance.
- All cancellations must be in writing and sent to info@asmazaman.com. For the avoidance of doubt, a cancellation notice must be received and acknowledged by the Therapist, within the set time period, for it to constitute a cancellation.
- It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the cancellation terms are fulfilled within the correct time frame and that the cancellation notice reaches the Therapist and has been acknowledged.
- If you cancel or re-schedule less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will still be charged for that session.
- I, the Therapist, have the right to cancel or re-schedule any appointment without prior notice.
- If I, the Therapist, cancel or re-arrange any appointments you will not be charged for that session.
ONLINE THERAPY POLICY
- The client shall not share the ZOOM/online link with any third party.
- Should either party experience technical difficulties, we both shall try to email straight away and/or try to reconnect online as soon as possible. If overall, more than 15 minutes of the session has not gone ahead due to technical problems we will either; re-schedule to an agreed time and date or offer to supplement this time.
- The client is requested to log in, to any online application that is being used for the session, prior to the scheduled start time, to avoid any loss of time.
